We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Chartered Civil and/or Structural Engineer to join our team based in either Newmarket or Warrington. Ideally you will have experience of planning applications, appeals, development strategies, feasibility and impact studies and have been working in industry or in the property sector, for private sector clients.  The right candidate would possess excellent project management, presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate team leadership capability and commercial awareness.
